Creative Services Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £36000/annum Many Benefits
With Desktop Publishing knowledge for Print and Digital. You will be leading and overseeing the daily operation of the Artwork Creative Team. You will be responsible for both physical and digital production of Publications and Artwork for high profile third party Contracts and managing the team effectively to ensure day to day workload is co-ordinated and the team are achieving high levels of competence.
Working to strict deadlines you will be responsible for organising, controlling and monitoring the flow of Publications to schedules and deadlines and reaching set KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be
Fully conversant with Desktop Publishing applications
Have exceptional Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, multi task and co – ordinate workloads under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong ProblemSolving Skills and anticipate potential risks and flaws in process and procedures.
Excellent communication Skills
This role is a full time Permanent Office based role working for a very Prestigious Established Northampton shire based family run company employing in excess of 450 staff.
