Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum Hybrid Working + 25 Days Holiday + P
We are a growing retail design business dealing with prestigious and well known premium brands. Due to ongoing growth we are now on the hunt for an office based or hybrid Graphic Designer / 3D Creative Designer to join our energetic and forward thinking team. You will need to have the ability to bring visions to life using creative software such as Adobe Suite, Studio Max or SolidWorks.
BASIC SALARY: Up to £55,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Designer, Creative Graphic Designer, 3D Design – SolidWorks / Visualise / Studio Max
Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be responsible for bringing your client's visions to life. To meet the continued growth of the business, you will be responsible for producing clear and concise concepts following the brief and the brands guidelines provided. As a 3D Creative Designer you will work as part of our team as well as independently and as you grow into the role you will visit clients and support the initial project phase with the sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Graphic Designer, Creative Graphic Designer, 3D Design – SolidWorks / Visualise / Studio Max
· Support client briefs with live hand sketches and provide alternative ideas at meeting stage.
· Using creative 3D software to bring clients visions to life.
· Support the technical team when your workload allows.
· Liaise between departments to ensure the process runs smoothly.
· Complete projects in a timely manner – meeting all deadlines.

To be successful in your application to this 3D Creative Designer role, there are key area of skills required:
· Hand Sketching: you must be able to hand sketch in a 'live' situation – in front of a client offering visual options as part of a brief.
· Creative: be able to bring reality to our client's briefs whilst being on point with the current and up-coming trends.
· Concept: producing realistic rendered concepts whilst allowing for a variety of construction materials.
· 3D Software: experienced using Adobe Suite, Studio Max and/or SolidWorks / Visualise.
