Technical Manager is required for a medium to large sized developer based in Westminster.
You will be responsible for the design on a residential project of
Duties include:
Managing design documents
Liaising with architects, structural engineers and the construction team on site.
Dealing with the NHBC, site queries, issuing drawings and approvals.
Problem solving any design changes and other factors within buildability.
RFI'sIdeally someone with residential construction experience would be a good fit for the role.
