Location: Woolwich, South East London
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 – Depending on Experience

Core Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09.00-18.00
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced large format print professional to join one the UK's leading suppliers of large format solutions.
This role is suited to a Senior Production Operative who is looking for the next step in their career of managing a team or an experienced Production Supervisor who is looking for progression in Production Management/ Director.
This role has a lot of potential growth and involves managing a team of production staff, managing workloads, training younger members of the team and hands on operating during busier periods.
Essential Requirements
– Extensive large format print production experience.
– Operated and maintained large format UV flatbed printers such as SwissQ Impala, HP Scitex & HP Latex.
– Knowledge of RIP software such as print Factory or Caldera.
– Competent in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
– Experience within large format finishing such as digital / vinyl cutting.
– Strong communication capability, a good attitude to motivate a growing team.
– Be flexible with working overtime when needed.
– Commutable distance into South East London area.
