Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum

Location: Corby

Salary; £27,000 – £28,000 DOE

Key Accountabilities

I am working with my client looking for an Artwork Co-ordinator. You will be working as part of the artwork team who are responsible for ensuring all artwork projects are completed on time and with 100% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

 •             Communicating with retailers, artwork houses, printers, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure artwork projects are delivered smoothly, within deadline.

•             Providing data for completion of customer product request sheets, printers and print specifications, cutter uploads, item codes, barcodes etc.

•             Raising Purchase Orders for artwork and tracking costs.

•             Maintaining data on material code updates, and where and when they apply.

•             Ensuring all artwork feedback is recorded and reviewed

•             Co-ordinating the flow of information, cutter guides, items codes, barcodes and other data sets as required.

Key Skills Required

•             High attention to detail

•             Good communication skills, confident to raise issues, areas of concern, critical path timelines at project inception.

•             Ability to manage project timelines and ensure critical artwork deadlines are met
