NPD Technologist- Food

Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience within a similar role is essential
* Qualified to A Level standard or equivalent
* Experience working with range of ingredients
* Qualification within food sector
* Awareness of BRC and audit processes
Key Responsibilities:
· Working with Head of NPD to develop and deliver new product ideas, identifying potential for business growth and responsible for specific customer accounts.
· Conducting NPD trials
· Sourcing new materials and identifying new suppliers, working closely with purchasing obtaining costs and specifications
· Organising nutritional analysis
· Reviewing and approving artwork
· Ensure NPD process is followed, and all paperwork is compliant
· Managing critical path and development processes for projects
Hours: 40hours
Salary: Dependant on experience, salary is negotiable
