This is an opportunity to work for a multi-award winning creative experiential agency. Through careful strategy and planning, they specialise in the sustainable design and delivery of online broadcasts, leadership summits, conferences, exhibitions, events and experiential activations. 

Main purpose
To be a creative, enthusiastic, motivated and skilled member of the Creative Team with a drive for creative excellence and an interest in strategy and insight, across a broad range of clients. You will be a keen storyteller, have a passion for design and be proficient in creative design across a broad range of outputs. 

Key skills & experience
● Design degree, or qualification, with 7 + years of using Adobe CS Suite – Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
● At least 7 + years of experience in a creative design role
● Has a strong portfolio of creative thinking within both print and digital
● Agency or experiential event experience
● Digital and motion graphics experience
● Skilled at artworking for print production
● Brand creation and development
● Experience in brand colour and material specification and testing
● Managing and working part of a multidisciplinary Creative Team
● Ability to take design from brief to completion
● Problem solving mindset
● Proactive in approach to project creative and deliverables
● Understanding and implementation of strategic direction
● Experience of working on large global brands
● Brand guardian on corporate clients
● Medium to large project experience essential
● Proven ability to lead projects across complex briefs
● Client presentation and management

Main duties
● 2D creative concept and design
● Creation of digital assets
● Artwork and supply of file for print production
● Delivering a project from brief to completion
● Line management and mentoring of Junior Creatives
● Export and supply of digital assets and output
● Onsite design management and direction
● Supplier liaison for file and print specifications and colours
● Design, manage and present client and pitch presentations
● Conceptualise original creative ideas from provided concept to completion
● Interpretation and implementation of client briefs accurately and delivering to deadline
● Work closely with Senior Creatives and Project Teams on creative deliverables
● Ability to understand, adhere and action client brand guidelines in creative work
● Work efficiently as an individual and or part of a larger Creative Team
● Understanding of the output in relation to timelines and budgets and managing or communicating issues
● To ensure consistent and effective communication
● To undertake project management responsibilities (including creative, administrative and presentations within the brief)
● Manage specific medium and large sized projects/part of projects
● To ensure that the files are kept up to date and accurate
