Claims Analyst Administrator
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £11 – £11.92/hour
Our client is a multi-billion dollar consumer healthcare giant, based on Cobalt Park in Newcastle upon Tyne. Minimum 3 days a week in the office. (subject to change, including moving to full time in the office).
The claims analyst has responsibility to ensure delivery claims and uplifts are managed in the most efficient manner through to resolution. Ensure timely receipt and processing of all delivery discrepancies to support a reduction of claims.
In this capacity they will collaborate regularly with Customer Services, Hauliers, co-ordinating information provided from these different groups and be responsible for the execution of the key daily tasks.

We are looking for an Administrator / Analyst with Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP.
Ability to analyse information and execute with accuracy across all key claims processes.
Order, Shipping Billing systems. They will be using a variety of systems e.g. SAP (F6P), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Automations / Robotics and regional share point solutions. They will also be working with information flowing from the robotic processes and a continuous stream of new technology interfaces.
Maintain working relationships both with internal and external personnel, effective communication, both written and verbal. A good self-motivated team player working effectively within a small team ensuring all daily / weekly / monthly core tasks are executed with excellence
