Description
As the Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Working with the Warehouse/Buying/Merch/Marketing internal and external teams.
Monitoring, reviewing and uploading packing lists
Amending data such as barcodes for suppliers and ensuring suppliers follow manual
Liasing with Freight Forwarders and Shippers
Managing Shipments and raising/tracking supplier fines
Marking stock as received in the system
General Admin duties to support Internal and External TeamsProfile
The successful Shipping Coordinator will have and show the following skills:
Educated to Degree level or equivalent (Preferred)
Understanding of Market – Retail, ecommerce or fast moving business
Strong Excel Skills
Attention to Detail
Analytical and Numerical
Ability to work in a Team
Commercial Knowledge
Organisation and Time Management
