My client, a creative company based in Mid Kent are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for their fantastic office/studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for design to join a small team, with a varied workload.
This is a full-time position working 9-5:30, Monday to Friday. It is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to get into the design industry and work within a passionate and enthusiastic team.
You will be:
Managing all incoming enquiries and emails
Answering the phone, screening calls and co-ordinating communication within the office
Providing PA support to two directors
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, event planning
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the studio
Supporting the bookkeeper
Supporting with marketing and social media
Processing sales orders
Managing projects
Overseeing and assisting on project installations
Checking and processing purchase invoices
To be successful, you will need to be/have:
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Resourceful, quietly confident, and self-motivated
Organised
Approachable with a desire to help others
Excellent administration skills
Negotiation skills
Excellent MS Office Skills, Excel is essential
Commercial awareness of pricing and budget control.
