Assistant Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
High proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Proficiency with Revit would be desirable
Knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC requirements is desirable
Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise workload, work autonomously and hold good organisational skills
The successful Assistant Architectural Technologist can expect to receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package including a Car or Car Allowance.
The salary is likely to be in the region of £25-£30k (dependant upon experience).
