Superb opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a small, ambitious architectural practice based in Northampton.
This position would suit a Senior Architectural Technologist that has ambitions to progress, with the very real possibility that you could achieve Associate & Associate Director level in the not too distant future.
Joining a team of 6 dedicated Architectural professionals, as a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be tasked with running your own projects, attending site meetings, and being the face of the company for often multiple clients at a time. The practice work in a multitude of sectors and have some really exciting projects in the pipeline, in areas such as; Commercial, Industrial, Distribution, and more.
Due to significant project wins in the aforementioned sectors, the practice now require at least two Senior Architectural Technologists to join their team, with the intention of really driving the practice forward and taking on new markets. A Senior Architectural Technologist with at last 3-4 years experience (minimum) in a job running role would be ideal for this position.
Desirable skills and qualifications of the Senior Architectural Technologist as follows:
Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or equivalent UK recognised qualification.
At least approx. 10 years of overall industry experience, with 3-4 years minimum in a senior/job running capacity.
Varied sector knowledge, ideally with an interest in Commercial architecture.
Experience of leading teams and running projects.
AutoCAD proficiency, along with the added benefit of Revit software (not essential).
In return, the practice are offering a very competitive salary and benefits package, in the region of £46,000-£60,000 per annum. The practice also offer flexible and hybrid working to provide their employees with the best work life balance possible.
