Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum
Stem Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk with their client based in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent position and will be based on-site.
Role and responsibilities:
* Process high volume, multi-currency invoices on daily basis
* Maintain purchase ledger filing system
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Supplier payments, both weekly and any ad hoc payments
* General maintenance of the purchase ledger to ensure it is accurate at all times
* General ad hoc duties as and when required
Skills required:
* Previous experience in similar role essential
* Experienced with accounting software (Moveware & Sage desirable)
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
* Good organisational skills and able to work to tight deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
Salary:
£20-25k DOE
