CAD Technician
An established Civil Engineering company in North West is seeking to appoint a CAD Technician to join their Design team. Working with the Design Team, you will assist in the drawing of Construction and Civil Engineering assets, this will include;
The responsibilities of the CAD Technician will include:
* Production of engineering drawings
* General CAD modification incorporating engineering comments
Maintain Contract Drawing Lists
* Provide design and technical support to Design and Projects Teams
* Liaising with clients, project managers and other design team members
* Delivering technical quality with the ability to meet project timescale
* Site visits
Requirements:
* Relevant proven ability working as a CAD technician
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and other IT packages e.g. MS Office
* Requires good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
* Self-motivated and have the ability to work individually or as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Utilities, Civil Engineering or Construction experience would be advantageous however not essential
* Full UK driving licence
What this is offering:
* A salary paying up to £28,000 per annum
* 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
* Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home x1 day per week after the probation period

The company is looking to consider graduates with a minimum of 6 months of work experience in a CAD position.
