We have a phenomenal opportunity based in the Wolverhampton area! This position is permanent with an immediate start for the right person. We are looking for a modern, savvy graphic designer to help with the growth of this company. The company will not only invest in you and the equipment you need, but they will also support you to get your very best creative juices flying!
The role and responsibilities:
Design content for digital/print
Engaging and interacting with printers
Overseeing all labels and packaging/preparing them to a high standard for print
Keeping the companies brand image at the forefront of all activity
Creating A5 menu cards/web and social content to promote products
Producing mock-up material of products to be used on social media and the company website
Essential criteria:
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Graphic Designing (preferably recent experience)
High degree of competency with I.T
Advanced and highly developed keyboard skills
Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/In Design/Illustrator)
Be educated to a degree level or have specific industry experience
Have outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for overall appearance, maintain high standards at all times and meeting tight deadlines
Have excellent communication and organisation skills
Exceptional copywriting
Ability and confidence to liaise with local printers
Able to analyse data and produce reports
Adaptable to new ways of working
Flexible approach to working hours
Additional hours as required by the service
Pay, benefits and more:
Basic Salary – £27,000 – £32,000 dependant on experience (plus overtime)
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Pension scheme
Regularly treated by management (days out and pub lunches etc)
