Systems Support Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
Our client, a very successful and forward-thinking manufacturing company, based in Halesworth, are currently seeking a Systems Support Engineer to join their team.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday – Friday. The salary is paying £25,000 – £35,000.
Duties:
* Support requests from other teams within the business as directed.
* Maintaining the company data network and infrastructure.
* Investigating faults with PCs, printing, and device connectivity and fixing issues in collaboration with IT support service.
* Developing & updating reports, dashboards and extract data from SQL databases.
* Maintain the log of IT devices issued to staff throughout the business, ensuring all items are recorded and accounted for.
Experience:
* Knowledge of network configuration and administration
* Good knowledge and experience of SQL and SSRS
* Analytical thinking skills
* Qualifications in Computer Sciences or Communications
* Cisco qualification or equivalent technical qualifications
