The Account Coordinator is the main contact point for clients within our transactional recruitment and public notice portfolio. You will work as an integral part of the account handling/client services team to provide an efficient service to the agency’s clients. As the focal point for much of our daily activity, you’ll liaise closely with other coordinators, studio production and account managers as well as our media partners
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
* Handling client requests for recruitment and public notice requirements.
* Negotiating and closing deals with media supplier contacts
* Managing the advert production process
* Booking advertising onto the media booking system
* Working with the account management teams on more complex campaigns
* Developing business and spotting opportunities from the client
* Resolving client and supplier invoice queries
* Building strong client and supplier relationships
* Other duties as commensurate with the role
Experience in an advertising/marketing background would be desired but not essential, in a similar role you might have worked in the media or been a customer service representative in another type of organisation alternatively you must demonstrate experience in a role that has involved customer service, following processes/procedures and organising delivery of services to deadlines.
