Sewing Machinist

Vanta Staffing Slough are currently recruiting a Sewing Machinist for our manufacturing client based in Willesden Junction (NW10). Benefits include excellent pay rates, full-time, immediate opportunity working Monday to Friday, paying £12.00 to £14.00 per hour. Perfect job for a creative individual who sews for a hobby or has previous professional experience.
As a Sewing Machinist you will need to have:
Previous experience working with a sewing machine (professional experience not necessary)
Great eye for detail
Production experience (desirable, not essential)
Previous experience machining a variety of fabrics Role of a Sewing Machinist:
Using an industrial sewing machine to make mattress & box cases in a variety of fabrics
Following precise work instructions
Performing basic manual handling tasks
Maintaining a safe working environmentPay of Sewing Machinist:
£12.00 to £14.00 depending on exp Sewing Machinist Shifts:
Mon to Fri
07:00 – 16:00
Location: Willesden Junction
Duration: Ongoing, temp to perm
