Sue Ross Legal are working with a long-established firm of Solicitors who have an excellent career opportunity for a part time Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Private Client team. The role currently requires 3 days per week but flexibility, including a hybrid model work pattern, is negotiable.
You will be handling a caseload including Wills, Probate, Tax and Trust matters, and LPA’s and duties will include Will and LPOA drafting, Inheritance Tax Planning and the Administration of Estates.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in managing a full caseload of Wills and Probate with minimal supervision. You will be highly proficient in taking detailed and accurate information and have proven experience in providing a first-rate service to clients. Ideally candidates will be qualified to STEP Diploma level but those keen to work towards it are also encouraged to apply.
