Fantastic graduate opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join a leading brand based in Evesham. This is a full time permanent position and will initially be an onsite role until up to speed them some flexibility will be available. Paying £30,000
1. Supports development and deployment of information tools to drive continuous improvement for the assigned functions within the business.
2. Analyse and evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
3. Assists in the management of a sound implementation plan for the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of our business technology solutions
4. Assist in documenting standard processes, communicate changes and train key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of business technology changes.
5. Ensure the delivery of assigned service requests to users and that robust test plans are developed to support User Acceptance Testing.
6. Understand and maintain a network of super users across the company including key business and technology stakeholders
7. Continuous liaison with users and stakeholders to facilitate the improvement or development of new processes, practices, applications and/or reports.
8. Assist managers and Users with the extraction and analysis of critical manufacturing operations information.
9. Researching and reviewing up to date business processes and new IT advancements and create initiatives for approval.
10. Perform additional duties as required or assigned
