The RIBA chartered studio have gone from strength to strength with 3 UK offices and an established reputation for delivering buildings designed with sensitivity and skill and to the highest standard. They are recognised leaders in the adaption and restoration of historic buildings, yet are equally focused on design-led new build projects, constantly striving to minimise environmental impact and optimise energy efficiency. Close to a 50 strong team working across Specialist conservation, complex listed buildings, High End residential, Education, ,Hospitality & Leisure, Urban Design and Masterplanning to name a few.
We are looking for a talented Senior Architect who is results driven, has enthusiasm for high quality work and outstanding technical & conservation skills.
Senior Architect requirements:
ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with 10 years Architect experience for UK based practice
ACA/ AABC accredited or working towards
Excellent technical skills & detailing
Proven experience working through all RIBA stages
Proven ability of leading, managing and developing individuals and teams
Commercial awareness / aptitude for business management
Up to date knowledge of industry technical standards and statutory requirements
Proficiency with AutoCAD & NBS Software
Working knowledge of REVIT would be extremely advantageous
The successful Senior Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience.
