The company: A aware winning digital agency with offices in Northern Ireland area. We are looking for an organised, motivated, and passionate Account Manager to join our busy team. The Account Manager will work with our portfolio of clients to manage their websites. Including the project management of new website builds and management of existing clients' requirements.
Day to day you will:
*Manage the full website project lifecycle- making sure delivery is smooth delivery in a timely manner
*Manage existing portfolio of clients
*Manage workloads, prioritise and deliver projects within agreed deadlines, along with providing clients with strategic support and ensuring that project objectives are met
*Collaborate with the wider team including design and development
What we're looking for from you:
*2 to 3 years + digital account/project experience minimum
*Track record of developing client relationships and working closely with them.
*Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritise and deliver calmly under pressure
*Experience of using Project Management tools
*Experience of working with eCommerce projects
*Experience of content management systems.
*Agency experience/ worked in a fast-paced environment.
