Salary : £40000 – £55000/annum

I am working with a multi-disciplinary Studio of Architects, Interior Designers, Technicians and Project Managers, who are experts in the designing and delivering luxury residential and commercial projects, both in super-prime London, and internationally. They are looking for a Procurement Manager to join their team in West London.

This company have a reputation of excellence in the luxury design world, working on a range of scales – from multi-unit apartment complexes, to singular family homes, private yachts and country estates. Notably since their inception, this company hold strong relationships with their clients, due to their personal approach and high level of attention to detail. Their projects boast a range of design styles, and often display an ability to tastefully combine classical and historical elements with modern day luxuries.

As a Procurement Manager at this Studio, you will be part of a medium-sized team who have a family-like feel, and is very diverse. You will come into the role with multiple projects ready for you to get stuck into, and a Librarian to support your position. Your role will require you to work closely with the Interior Design team, setting up packages, calculating costs, timings, and sourcing and coordinating to ensure items are delivered within the project timelines.

For this Procurement Manager position you need:

A design background is preferred, with experience working in Procurement for luxury interiors, ideally in the residential field
An excellent knowledge of suppliers in the luxury market
Experience working closely with the Interior Design and FF&E teams, creating packages and budgeting for current projects
Knowledge of using STPC system
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organised, with a positive attitude.This is a full-time, permanent position, but could potentially start off as a Part-Time role with no less than 3 days in the office.

Salary is dependent on previous experience, up to £55,000.
