Part-time Product Support Manager

Salary :
A lovely new part-time role has opened up in the edtech division of a prestigious academic publisher in London. They are looking for a strong project manager with a passion for digital learning to join their team as a Product Support Manager for 2.5 days a week.
The role can be almost entirely home-based, with only 2 days a month in the office for teams meetings and collaborative projects.
Responsibilities:
Working on the development of online courses and e-learning resources
Managing a Product Support Assistant
Managing the relationship with external providers including animators and freelance editors, and compiling lists of external collaborators and rates
Overseeing the schedule for product corrections, bug-checking and screen time checks
Assisting with the planning and filming of video content
This is a fantastic role which would let you work on cutting-edge, interactive learning courses. You should demonstrate good experience of managing projects, schedules and budgets, and some familiarity with project management software.
