As a dynamic Digital Designer, wouldn't it be great to work for a growing business whose products and brands are seen on some of the world's most famous and influential celebrities?

An exciting opportunity as Digital Designer has arisen within the vibrant creative team at a fast growing, innovative SME FMCG/Fashion brand in Brighton, where you will be a brand guardian and play a vital role in the shaping and maintaining of brand identity across all design outputs.  There will be a focus on digital (mainly) with some print and an eye for detail will be key along with working to brand guidelines – whether it's UX, campaign creation, event design or any other output.

As a Digital Designer, your role will involve:

Using your innovative approach to deliver marketing and product campaigns from concept to design and artwork
Capturing design briefs, researching and creating mood boards
Conceptualising all customer campaign digital touch points (as well as packaging, advertorials)
Driving conversion and building brand awareness
Working to brand guidelines
I'm very interested in speaking with a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or Multimedia Designer who has proven multi-channel retail experience (B2B & B2C) within the world of fashion, beauty or cosmetics, and specifically in responsive digital design and customer journey, working to and creating brand guidelines, and using the likes of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, After Effects, Sketch and Final Cut Pro.

Any experience working with developers is very attractive, along with HTML and animation experience as well.

Salary £30,000 to £35,000 p.a. (depending on experience)

Benefits include: flexible hybrid working from home (part of the week), discounted parking in Brighton, life insurance, company events, discounts on beauty products

Location wise, the business is located a very short walk from Brighton station if you choose to take the train to the office
