Breakfast Chef – Conference Centre – Leamington Spa – £24k per annum – 5 days out of 7
Due to location, you must have access to your own vehicle
My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join a busy Conference Centre who provide high end restaurant quality menu their guests. You will be in charge of the breakfast service, ensuring the guests receive the best start to their day. The offering is either plated or buffet style for up to 200.
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar high end environment as a confident breakfast chef who has experience and creativity to feel confident in improving the current menu, ability to cook from scratch using local produce and managing the service effectively. You will be forward thinking and dedicated with a view to progress within the company.
You will have your NVQ lever 2 or higher.
Hours are 40 hours per week – 6am until 2.30pm (flexibility is required depending on the needs of the business) 5 days out of 7
