Starting Point Recruitment are recruiting for a Catering Assistant on behalf of our client based in Birmingham. As a Catering Assistant you will be required to carry out all general kitchen duties and work within various schools in Birmingham.

Pay Rate: £9.90 – £10:00 per hour
Location: Birmingham
Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Duration: Temp Role and responsibilities of a Catering Assistant:

preparing and cooking meals for pupils;
planning and controlling all aspects of the service;
assist keeping the kitchen clean and tidy;
costing, stocktaking and keeping appropriate records;
to maintain a balanced diet and varied menus;
to be aware of the care users’ needs and dietary preferencesSkills and Qualifications:

DBS Enhanced Certificate
Experience in a similar environment
Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2
Full UK Driving Licence
