The Role
As Account Manager you will work across a number of accounts, maintaining ongoing contact with the client and internal creative team to progress all projects. The Account Manager looks after a Senior Account Exec and Account Exec and takes overall responsibility for the account administration, including creating estimates, raising invoices, purchase orders, project correspondence and ensuring all work is filed clearly and up-to-date. You will enjoy inputting into the strategic direction of the account and the growth of client business. Specifically:
* Contribute to client campaign/programme planning brainstorm meeting
* Proficient in client approval systems and responsible for internal management of approval process as required
* Run studio briefing meetings for projects within the accounts you work on, including development of written brief
* Review work from studio to ensure it meets the client brief and proofreading prior to finalisation
* Thorough understanding of the clients brand and the market environment
* Work with Senior Account Executive/Account Executive to ensure all account administration is fully up-to-date, including status reports, contact reports following client meetings/teleconferences, job bag filing, filing on the server
* Responsible for budget management of all accounts worked on, including review of budgetary status across all projects to ensure project profitability and development of estimates
About You
You are a friendly, proactive, experienced agency Account Manager with at least 3 years agency experience. If you come with a lot more, then we would still like to chat! You will have experience in delivering a variety of creative communications which aim to raise awareness, and market to and engage both B2C and B2B audiences. If you don't come with healthcare brand experience, then a desire to do so and/or academic background in the sector would be great
