Customer Services Manager (REMOTE/HOME WORKING) required for a b2c Food company, with a big focus on Vegetarian food. The company creates fantastic food solutions and sell them direct to customers. This is within a "ontrend" part of the market at the moment, meaning you can turn customers into brand advocates. Customer Services Manager £30-38k, London based & currently is remote based. Once they move into new offices next year, this role would turn into Hybrid however would still have a home working part of the week.

The role:
As a Customer Services Manager you will be Creating a community of engaged happy customers, Designing and implementing retention strategies, Managing customer queries & complaint resolution. You will work with the Chef team and owners to present feedback to them. One key area is to be Converting dissatisfied customers into brand advocates. The role will also cover managing operations side of customer enquiries such as payments and deliveries, being a key link between customers and the company, identifying trends, understanding customer needs, and working closely with product lead to define product strategy. This role will include all the normal Customer Services Manager duties.

Experience
We are looking for a Customer Services Manager who has a understanding of b2c market, ideally within the food or drink markets or fmcg markets. Ideally with company having a vegetarian focus, you will have a passion or understanding about this part of the market.
