Hotel Restaurant Supervisor

Salary : £23000/annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a well established and growing business.
Following a recent re-brand, my client is seeking a Supervisor to provide supervision for the Bar & Restaurant team
Roles & responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager F&B and Assistant Bar and Restaurant Managers with the supervision of the Events, Bar and Restaurant Team members
Creating a warm and welcoming environment for the guests
Assist in the set-up, preparation, and provide service duties for restaurants/ functions / conferences / events as required
Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar
Set up, clear and service tables
Cleaning and maintaining equipment, glassware, crockery and cutlery
Prepare all back of house service points with regard to expected numbers for breakfast, lunch or dinner requirements as necessary
Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures
