Trainee Service Charge Accountant
My client is a large independent Chartered Accountants who are looking for a trainee to joining the growing department. This is an exciting role for a professional with some experience who is looking to develop and grow with the organisation.
Preparation and completion of accounts, tax computations, reports and audit under supervision within the Service Charge Department
Adhering to the departmental policies and procedures
Attending department meetings client complete accounts assignments including completing and signing off all sections for manager
Liaising with agents and client staff to complete assignments and clear queries
Completing all work assigned within budget to the required quality with minimal unresolved queries
Preparing service charge accounts in line with the latest guidance and specific to each agent/client requirements
Preparing fully compliant associated company accounts
Full completion of workings file, preparation of draft accounts and letter of representation
Skills Required
AAT or basic accounting qualification – Study support available
Can do attitude
Professional with an strong interpersonal skills
Methodicala
Good attention to detail
