Grafton are currently looking for a friendly and confident STOCKROOM ASSISTANT in Bicester Village for a well-established Italian retailer.
As a Stockroom Assistant, you will be responsible for processing deliveries, the movement of stock within the store, stock-related operations and daily replenishment for the shop floor.
About the role of a STOCKROOM ASSISTANT:
Organising stock in the stockroom and using initiative to improve ways of managing stock.
Ensuring the highest standard of housekeeping is observed in all back of house areas at all times
Managing tasks energetically and efficiently.
Supporting store team by implementing floor moves, when required.
Receiving and processing deliveries in a timely manner to ensure effective replenishment.
Ensuring all delivery and transfer requests are processed quickly and to Company Policy.
Communicating clearly and effectively and building a relationship with the front of house team.
Carry out daily replenishment for the shop floor to ensure that sales are maximised at all times
Maintaining and upkeeping the stock files and keep on top of any other stock related administrative duties
The ideal Candidate for a STOCKROOM ASSISTANT position:
Have a passion for customer service and the luxury industry,
Previous stock-related experience,
High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation,
Attention to details.
