HR Go are currently recruiting an Exhibition Project Manager to join their team.

Over all purpose

To provide a high level of service to the client in all aspects to ensure the smooth running of their exhibition and event programme. To ensure the project is completed on time and that all suppliers and/or contractors are completing tasks with the given timeline.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

To meet the key tasks and responsibilities of a Project Manager:

To work with Account Directors to allocate jobs within the Account team
To brief job to studio, warehouse or third party contractors
To supply estimates to client, receive PO before work commences and manage invoice process
Ordering of all elements (AV, on-site, graphics, giveaways, furniture etc)
To liaise with client over projects and incorporate any changes
Update Filemaker as necessary
To check correct materials are, picked, packed and loaded
To manage client's stock levels and ensure stock document is up to date
To manage the project, crew and third party suppliers on-site and ensure that everything is as agreed
To complete timesheets on a weekly basis via Filemaker
To attend briefing and de-briefing meetings as required
Write post show reports, fortnightly client status reports and monthly strategy reports
To undertake any other tasks as required
