Project / Senior Architect – Healthcare

Experienced Project / Senior Architect required to spearhead the delivery of various Healthcare & complex building projects for a prominent marque Architectural Practice based in Leeds City Centre.
The successful Architectural Technologist will be joining the Leeds studio of this distinguished award-winning Architectural Practice, based in a large open plan office in Leeds City centre our clients core markets Residential & Healthcare remain extremely buoyant and you will be joining one of the most talented design teams within the Yorkshire region.
The successful Project / Senior Architect will be immediately challenged with successfully design coordinating and project running various large scale & complex acute Healthcare projects, the immediate project demands are for a series of new build healthcare facilities both for the national health service and private healthcare providers.
We are seeking an individual who possess strong design flair, a technically astute mind and an exceptional eye for detail. Personality wise they require someone who loves their job and comes to work with a smile on their face! Based from their central Leeds location this would suit perfectly a well-rounded Project Architect with around 5 -10 years' experience, ideally you will have had some exposure to either the Commercial or Healthcare sectors (although this is by no means essential) and you will be a confident designer passionate about creating outstanding Architecture.
REVIT & AutoCAD is the software of choice within the practice, so a good working knowledge of either would be desirable, however REVIT training can be provided. Solid understanding of UK building regulations is essential and experience across the RIBA technical delivery stages through to client handover is also desirable
Ideally the Senior / Project Architect will have the following track record-
ARB / RIBA affiliated Project Architect 5- 10 years post qualification experience.
Technical proficiency in REVIT and previous experience of delivering projects to BIM Level 2 standard.
Some previous Commercial or Healthcare experience, complex buildings within your portfolio.
Extensive job running / site delivery experience / excellent client facing skills.
Historically have successfully delivered several multi million pound new build projects.
Experience of working across all RIBA stages.
Naturally excellent client facing and presentation skills.
Excellent all round Technical knowledge and a through understanding of how buildings are constructed.
Full UK Driving licence.
