Professional subscriptions Overall Purpose of the Role
To effectively support the unit's operation through a managed Cost of Sales and controllables service development. To assist the team to manage the ordering, processing, stock control and invoices relating to all orders placed ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of a first class catering product to our clients and customers whilst managing the business needs and performance standards.
OPERATIONAL:
Assist department to Hold weekly team meeting and weekly reports for ops / management team
All performance standards are achieved through the use of the Core Signature Guidelines
Demonstrates the ability to perform all tasks consistently to adhere the specific IPOE/Profit Protection standards
Assist unit management team in understanding of key commercial drivers of business
Assist in the issue of shopping baskets for Op's Team and working closely with the on-site team to analyse weekly performances
Liaise with unit team & head office, purchase ledger and purchasing department to promptly resolve supplier queries as necessary
Recommend improvements, which you believe, would help to grow our business and sustain our position in the market
Be able to provide information relating to cost of sales and sales mixes, analysis etc.
Assisting department Manage the stock take process by overseeing the team stock takes, perform spot checks and recording accurately any shortfalls
Ensure a full and current stock sheet/list is updated monthly with all relevant prices and any new products
Be able to provide management information on all founding partners products, and purchasing partners Who we are:
