Product Assistant Winchester £23/25k (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Product Design Manager with the continued growth of this successful local business in Winchester. This will be a busy and varied role and will offer the candidate scope to develop within the business. This is an office based full time permanent role.
The Role
Providing Administration support to the Product Manager and wider team
Work closely with the Merchandising & Concessions team locally & globally
You will provide information on products, manage worksheets, and create catalogues of images
You will support with the logistics of products and ensuring they arrive to their destinations efficiently
Communicating with all parties throughout the process and coordinating the smooth planning processes
General Administration support to internal teams
Maintaining and creating the Look Book catalogue of products
The Person and skills needed
Being organised and solutions orientated is paramount in this role
Someone with a calm and unflappable nature, being able to deal with multiple priorities
Thinking outside the box on critical time-lines and solving any issues that may arise
Strong coordination skills, and being able to be a multi-tasking genius
Excellent communication skills and someone who can build and maintain relationships with all the teams across the business
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator are very useful in this role
An interest in fashion and products and branding is helpful but not essential
A real Team player will do well in this team
