Exciting career defining Senior Architect opportunity suitable for Senior Level Architects with a minimum of 5 experience to join our long standing Multi-disciplinary Architectural Design and Building Consultancy Practice located in a modern Leeds City centre studio within a 2 minute walk of the train station.

To be considered for this Senior Architect position you need to have the following –

RIBA qualifications and registered with the ARB, Minimum 5 years' experience.
To be proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD.
A strong approach to learning and development related to your role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
To work within a team and be able to lead and manage an internal team of designers.
To be confident in running multiple projects simultaneously.
An understanding of resource management.
To be fully competent in project delivery.
Keen eye for conceptual design.
A thorough understanding of building regulation requirements and all other statutory requirements in relation to the production of construction information
To maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
To mentor and share skills with junior team members
To possess exceptional knowledge of the construction process.
The ability to make decisions
