The Role – Behaviour Mentor
I am recruiting for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work 1-1 and in small groups of children in KS3 who have social emotional behaviour difficulties and some mental health. As a Behaviour Mentor you will have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build rapport with challenging children. The ideal Behaviour Mentor may have a sport or creative background as children enjoy these subjects.
The School – Behaviour Mentor
This amazing secondary school provide education to children in KS3 and KS4 who have SEMH. They are located in a great location in Enfield as they have great transport links. Staff at this school have a particular way they deliver the lessons as they are tailored around the interest and ability of the student. Along with their amazing team they also have onsite parking for all members of staff.
