Senior Architect (High-Rise Residential developments)

Salary : £42000 – £48000/annum
Senior Architect opportunity in central Manchester. We are looking for an experienced individual to join a 10-strong Architectural studio to work on a number of high-profile, developer-led schemes in the local area. Please read on for further information.
Our client are one of Manchester's up and coming studios with a real point to prove as the continue to go from strength to strength. Following a number of key, successful, new hires in the past 12 months they are again looking to hire at a senior level. We are hoping for this individual to be an experienced, accomplished Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification to join the team.
They have a fantastic pipeline of projects forecast for 2023 and this role would be situated firmly at the forefront of these new developments. Typically these projects will encompass the medium/high-rise Residential sector and they're mostly based in the Manchester/Salford/Greater Manchester area.
The current structure of the office is 1 Director and 3 fellow Senior Architects. There are 5 Architectural Assistants to support the senior team too. We are looking for a Senior Architect to join the team, assist with the management of the studio and independently run your own projects. Key requirements include:
* ARB/RIBA Qualification (Minimum of 5 years post-qualification).
* Proven Residential experience.
* REVIT knowledge would be highly beneficial
