This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantasic team of creatives working in the digital department alongside other like minded individuals. We are looking for an experienced and talented Middleweight UX & Digital Designer to join our digital team in our London (Other locations available)
You will act as a core member of the digital team, you will work across a wide range of user experience and digital design projects and clients. You’ll work across the full design process from user research and wireframing to design, and you’ll liaise with developers to help see projects completed to the highest possible standard.
You’ll be a confident communicator, attending and supporting client meetings. A proactive and logical approach to problem-solving is crucial within this role.
Experience
* A graphic design, visual communication or similar creative degree is advantageous but not compulsory
* Relevant industry experience working at a similar level
Skills
* A key thinker, with exceptional strategic problem-solving skills
* Highly creative, with excellent typography, layout and attention to detail
* Knowledge of user-centric design and practices
* Able to take direction and give constructive feedback
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Enthusiastic and passionate about design
* Able to work collaboratively with a willingness to keep learning
* Good knowledge of design and prototyping applications such as Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Any knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS is advantageous but not essential
