Our client is an exciting and thrilling Italian restaurant, currently looking for a Chef De Rang to join a hard-working team. The person should have previous experience in working within fine dining and is looking to gain more experience and grow within a team. Should you wish to excel and progress in your career, this is the role for you.
Job description:
* General Waiting duties
* responsible for a certain section within the restaurant.
* Greeting customers where possible
* Assisting greeting/seating customers
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Passion for hospitality.
* Good fine dining knowledge.
* Ability to adapt, cover different roles and step up when needed.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Ability to create personal relationships with the guests.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
