Excellent opportunity for a Project or Senior Architect to join a rapidly growing architectural practice based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
The practice are medium in size but operate in numerous sectors and project types. As a Senior Architect you will be joining a close knit team of Architects, Technicians and Designers, working on a variety of complex and interesting projects in areas such as; Healthcare, Residential, Leisure, Commercial and more.
The Architect for this position will ideally hold at least 3 years of post qualification experience in a private practice environment, ideally having worked in a range of sectors. This position is perfect for a Project Architect or a Senior Architect looking to take the next step in their career and progress through the ranks within a practice that prides itself on investing in their staff.
The practice use AutoCAD and Revit software, so proficiency in both of these would be ideal. Revit training can be provided where necessary, but a basic grasp at the least would be helpful. The office is based in the quaint town of Newark, easily commutable from Nottingham, Lincoln, Derbyshire and as far afield as Leicester.
Requirements of the Senior Architect:
UK recognised qualifications at RIBA Part 1, 2 & 3 level
ARB registration and RIBA chartership
Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit (desirable).
At least 3 years of post qualification experience, ideally within an architectural practice.
Experience working within varied sectors, although Residential & Commercial work will be looked on favourably.
A competitive salary and benefits package will be awarded to the successful Senior Architect, likely to be in the region of £40,000-£46,000 per annum.
