Part Time HR Officer (3 days per week)
£30,000 – £38,000 per annum FTE
6-9 Month Contract
Covent Garden, London
Hybrid working will be available but will require flexibility
About this role:
·Continuously monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes and implementing changes where necessary
·Assisting with management of payroll on a monthly basis
·Using an internal HR system to maintain and manually update employee information
·Providing first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
·Manage all onboarding for new starters and continuously improving the onboarding process.
·Working alongside senior management to continuously improve the employer brand and profile
·Ensuring the HR lifecyle and payroll processes are compliant and handled with completeness
·Manage the company ATS system and recruitment cycle
Key skills:
·Previous experience working in a fast paced HR environment
·Strong understanding of employment law
·Experience managing and implementing policies and procedures
·Attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
