We are looking for a Digital Content Producer to join our team, based in Gilwell Park Chingford, London. We will offer you a salary of £27, 936 per annum.

The Digital Content Producer Role:
As the Digital Content Producer, you will have an opportunity to inform the content direction on (url removed) website. You will work closely with content owners on the functionality, production and presentation of digital content. You will also have an opportunity to improve your accessibility, CMS, user journey & UX skills through interaction with digital colleagues.
Key responsibilities as our Digital Content Producer:
Develop, edit and publish content for a variety of channels, including websites and blogs
Ensure content across all channels is consistent, compelling and engaging and fits with our brand identity
Ensure content follows SEO guidelines, is mobile-first and accessible
Respond to live site feedback
Train colleagues across the organisation in how to use the CMS
Provide accessibility training
Focus on the continuous improvement of the product (the website), by replenishing and updating existing website content to ensure it’s relevant and up-to-date
Provide support, feedback and advice to colleagues on how they can improve their team’s content in a timely way, which requires minimal amends
Work closely with content producers across the organisation to ensure content and messaging is aligned
What we are looking for in our Digital Content Producer:
Proven experience in how to tailor content for the web, including how to optimise it for search engines and make it accessible
Experience of developing, sourcing and creating engaging content for a range of digital channels
Experience in using Umbraco or a similar CMS
Experience in using Microsoft office tools (such as Word, Teams, Outlook, Smartsheets)
Knowledge of Google Analytics
