New requirement for a Middleweight Interior Designer job is available in SW London, offering the opportunity to work on luxury residential and commercial projects. This is the perfect vacancy for an experienced designer within the high-end sector looking to work on international projects from initial concept through to installation. Salary range of up to £40,000.
This team of 20 has grown from strength to strength in the past five years, developing an incredible portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects in the UK and overseas. They are currently looking for an energetic and self-motivated Middleweight Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work on exceptional projects and will have the opportunity and support to develop within the company.
Role & Responsibilities
Working on national and international projects from initial brief through to installation
Producing/assisting with concepts and design presentations for both clients and contractors
Working on all FF&E stages
Interior architecture including space planning, technical drawings, bespoke joinery, etc.
Creating detailed specifications and budgets
Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience working on luxury residential and commercial/hospitality projects
Strong skills in concept development, space planning, and FF&E
Experience producing detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications
Ability to read, understand and correct technical drawings along with strong drawing skills
Impeccable client-facing abilities and experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. SketchUp experience is a bonus
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English both written and spoken.What you get back
