BIM Coordinator
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
Dawson Levy are currently working with an incredible Architectural studio in London during their search for an experienced BIM Coordinator. Our client is an award-winning Architectural practice covering a variety of projects internationally. This opportunity will offer a talented BIM Coordinator the chance to progress within BIM and they have a competitive salary and benefits package available.
As the successful applicant you must have previous proven experience in a BIM Coordinator role having worked on projects in the UK. You must have 3 years' experience using Revit and be proficient in Navisworks and will be required to carry out modelling, clash detection and will report to BIM Manager. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally as you will be required to liaise with various departments and teams.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK as a BIM Coordinator
Fully proficient user of Revit and Navisworks'
Experience Knowledge of and experience working to BIM Level 2 / ISO19650
Strong Communication ability is essential (written and verbal)
