Salary : £25000 – £45000/annum Basic + Commission + OTE + Benefits

A new digital marketing agency that are about to open their doors in 2023.

You will manage a portfolio of accounts working with Coaches, Therapists and Holistic Healers, Consultants and Course Creators to provide done-for-you launches and programs through digital on-line marketing.

You will also be working for their sister companies that are paving the way in a revolutionary instant transformational modality that transforms any limiting beliefs that affect people in the work place and at home. They are moving all of their marketing and advertising from out-sourced Agency based to entirely being in-house.

Does this interest you?

We are looking for a Tech / Graphic Designer to work alongside our wider Digital Marketing team.

You will be responsible for:

* Developing new visually stimulating concepts / campaigns and own the brand identity for our brands and clients brands using your graphic design skills across all digital marketing channels.

* Experience in graphic design for B2C, B2B and Internal audiences

* Website design and maintenance

* Sales funnel design and build for both our internal and client companies and setting automation across platforms

* Creating eye-catching graphic design using Canva that is in line with our in-house and clients brands vision.

* Kajabi / website design and tech automation – This is an on-line all-in-one business platform to build, market & sell online courses, websites, membership sites, coaching programs.

* Email campaign set up, automation and management

* Video design and editing for internal and external communications

* Ebook / Workbook and Worksheets Designing

* Slides / Presentation Designing

Do you have? (If you don’t tick all the boxes, but think you have what it takes in this role we would still love to hear from you…)

* At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role

* Graphic design experience from branding, social media marketing, landing pages, sales pages, sales funnel

* Website design experience

* Ability to get to grips and work with Kajabi Platform

* Canva design experience

* Experience in managing e-communication and automation platforms

* Experience in E-mail sequences and automation.

* A Creative and innovative flair

* Excellent time management skills and highly organised

* An open minded, forward thinking, adaptable, intelligent, open to change mind set

* Display a 'can do’ attitude and be willing to lead & help the wider marketing team

* Willingness to share knowledge, ideas and expertise with the wider marketing team

* Display personality and humour, with a professional and positive attitude

What is on offer?

Basic Salary up to £25k
