Design Engineer

Our client is a leading Housing Developer going through ever-increasing success and looking to make an addition to the team for this reason.
This Design Engineer would be based in and around the North East, and be able to carry out the following roles and responsibilities:
Provide engineering support when needed, in a variety of capacities
Aid developing of procedures in line with Company standards and requirements
Provide any necessary design elements throughout tender stages
Liaise efficiently and effectively with any outsourced architects, clients or subcontractors
Communicate any and all design elements to relevant team members, clients and the like in a professional and high level manner
The ideal candidate for this role would have the following qualifications and experience:
Relevant degree or qualification, as well as industry experience in a similar role
CAD proficiency and ability to show proof of work
All around knowledge of the construction industry
