Salary : £35000 – £45000/annum commission

This position of Account Manager is primarily responsible for contributing to the growth of the business ensuring existing clients are maximising the use of solutions available to them. You will be required to achieve and ideally exceed assigned sales targets.

This position is ideally suited to individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience in an account management position withing the digital learning / EdTech sectors in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of your performance and develop a clear sales strategy
Achieve assigned sales targets
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders withing assigned accounts
Conduct research to gain further knowledge about your accounts
Meet established KPI’s
Generate your own leads through various channels
Ensure activities are accurately recorded within the CRM
Create commercial proposals
Create commercial proposals
Your Skills:

A proven history of managing medium to large enterprise accounts
Experience of preparing and presenting winning contracts
Energy and enthusiasm to generate sales leads
Outstanding people skills to build long term client relationships.  
Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills
A pro-active and creative approach.
Brilliant written and numerical skills and good proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with the use of CRM systems for recording sales activities, planning and reporting.
