About the role:
Supply Desk are working with a Ofsted rated Good Secondary School based in Basingstoke that are seeking a full time and part time History teacher to start from January on a long term contract with the school looking to make the role permanent for the right person. You will have full responsibilities such as planning and marking. The school are looking for a fully qualified History teacher, with experience good recent teaching experience in the UK. The school will also strongly consider strong ECT's for History that come with good subject knowledge. You will be required to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 so experience teaching at this level is essential.

The school is a mixed Secondary School based in Basingstoke, close to central Basingstoke with convenient access for those travelling from Hook, Farnborough and Winchester. Have recent experience teaching History in UK Schools
Be a committed team player
Proven track record of raising attainment
Be confident and adaptive to different environments
Have strong classroom management skills
Have either ECT or QTS status
